Camp Sertoma Mission:

To provide an education program for deaf and hard of hearing youth that promotes
social/personal growth, environment awareness, independence and
citizenship. Further, to provide a year round
camping facility for all other special needs childrens' groups and organizations.

Camp Endeavor is a privately supported non-profit summer camp program designed and organized to serve deaf and hard of hearing children, their hearing siblings, and hearing children with deaf or hard of hearing parents.

The knowledge one needs to understand the beauty of nature and what it offers is the core of Outdoor Education which involves nature hikes, primitive bead
making and wildlife identification.

The intent of the summer camp program is to enchance the growth and awareness of our children by providing the kind of enrichmment that every child should have.

The intergration of deaf, hard of hearing and hearing youngsters is a unique characteristic of our camping program. Both hearing, deaf and hard of hearing
children have the opportunity to learn about themselves and each other in an informal and empowering setting.
